Author interviews? Of me? Oh wow! Do you wonder about me? Okay. Yes. I wonder about me too. LOL Two of the lovely reviewers of my new Bible-Based Study of the Stars have posted interviews. I’m pleased to introduce you to four amazing women; Misty, Lisa, Missy, & Rebecca. These ladies have taken special time with their children to try out this new curriculum. I have been humbled by their sweet generosity… |
Lisa “I am a Bible thumping, homeschooling, aspiring homesteading mama. I believe in trying to appreciate the simple things. I believe that man and woman have their own specific roles in life and family, and should not be confused with each other. I believe that discipline, morals, values, and creativity are not mutually exclusive, but rather make one heck of a recipe for success. I believe in the ability of my kids to succeed in anything they put their minds to. I believe that God makes all things possible. I believe that God answers all prayer… though sometimes it’s just not the answer we want to hear. I believe that I am blessed beyond belief.” ~Lisa’s interview is on her blog at Our Simple Kind of Life. |
Missy “I’m a Christian, homeschool mom and wife of a homeschool graduate. I had never even heard of homeschooling until I met my husband, but now homeschooling my children is my biggest passion! (You can read about why we homeschool here.) I love to share what we are doing in our homeschool and help and encourage others in their homeschool journey too!” ~You can read Missy’s interview at Dot-to-Dot Connections. |
Misty “Misty is a Daughter of THE King, Texas girl always, Navy brat at heart, loving Fisherman’s wife, blessed mother of 2 and author of Beautiful Ashes. She is passionate about being real throughout all of life’s struggles, successes and dreams. Her heart is full of ideas and passions, but the hours in her day never multiply to get it all done. Misty loves writing and reading in her spare time. Music and photography are favorite past times of hers as well.” ~You can read Misty’s interview at Marriage, Motherhood, and Missions. |
Rebecca “I’m a follower of Jesus and wife to the wonderful Kevin We also have four children that I’m home with all the time. We live just a little north of Atlanta, Georgia, and we homeschool in a very freewheeling, project-based kind of way. I love comments and getting to know people as I come across and read their blogs.” ~Rebecca’s interview is on her blog at Raventhreads. |
