One of my favorite subjects; Chocolate! I do NOT understand people who don't like it. Such wonderful stuff. In moderation and not overloaded with sugar, Chocolate can actually be good for you. It's full of antioxidants which limits damage to cells. Chocolate also helps improve blood circulation.
I found this WONDERFUL recipe on RedandHoney.com for NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE COCONUT MACAROONS (GRAIN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, NO REFINED SUGAR) I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list.
