Construction books definitely don't have to be for boys only, but any mother of boys knows from the time he is 'driving' his toast across the highchair with a loud "Brrrrrroooom" boys are wired for construction. Well, maybe they seem more wired for DEstruction those first several years! LOL Boys love dump trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, and road graters. The next best thing is a book with all those wonderful things in it, especially if you have hidden flaps or a flashlight handy. The two books I'm sharing this week are great fun. One is a Lift-a-Flap book and the other is an awesome Shine-a-Light book.
