I thought I'd be able to move on to something happier now that my mother's memorial service is over, but not just yet... She'd hate for me to be dwelling on it, but I don't really think that's what I'm doing. There is so much more to the grieving process than shedding tears and talking about it to the children. When it's all "said & done" there are bills to pay, paperwork to get done, belongings to go through... When these things happen during the holiday season it seems like the world is spinning relentlessly around you. I have a growing list of things to do, I know what needs to be done, I know how to do it... but I don't know what to do and honestly, I don't even want to.
